MEQUON, Wis. – Dog lovers, families, and adventure-seeking pups are invited to PetFest Pop-Up at Foxtown Station on Saturday, September 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This one-day celebration of pets brings together exciting dock diving action, local vendors, live entertainment, family activities, and unique pet experiences for an unforgettable day in Mequon.
Hosted at Foxtown Station, the event will feature Pier Pups Dock Diving, giving dogs of all ages, breeds, and experience levels the chance to make a splash. Whether your dog is a seasoned competitor or has never seen a dock before, PetFest offers something for everyone.
Take the Leap with Pier Pups Dock Diving
Dogs new to the sport can dip their paws into the action with Pier Pups “Try-Its,” running from 10 a.m. to Noon, with additional walk-up opportunities available throughout the day. These beginner-friendly sessions allow curious canines to safely experience dock diving and discover their inner athlete.
Starting at Noon, the excitement ramps up as dogs compete in the Dock Diving Competition, showcasing speed, skill, and distance as they launch from the dock in pursuit of their best jump. The competition continues through 4 p.m., followed by the day’s most thrilling moments during the Finals from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Those interested in competing are encouraged to reserve their jump times in advance through Pier Pups. Competitor registration is available online at Reserve Your Competition Jump Time.
Enjoy Great Food, Craft Beer, and Local Flavor
A day of dock diving works up an appetite, and PetFest guests will find plenty of delicious options throughout the Fox Yard at Foxtown Station. Start your morning with handcrafted coffee and fresh pastries from Interurban Coffee, then settle in for an afternoon of exciting competition, live entertainment, and family fun.
When hunger strikes, Foxtown Heritage Meats will be serving up its signature barbecue favorites, featuring expertly smoked meats and savory offerings that have become a local favorite. Guests 21 and older can pair their meal with a refreshing pint from Foxtown Brewing, offering a lineup of handcrafted beers brewed right here in Mequon.
