In June of 2024, six Ozaukee County craft breweries collaborated for the first time to create One Town Over Rhubarb Wheat Ale, brewed at Inventors Brewpub in Port Washington. Made with local rhubarb and honey, the beer is now available on draft at all six breweries, celebrating the county’s strong brewing culture and camaraderie.
