Our hand-selected meats come from the most trustworthy sources—Our own Nieman Woods Farm as well as other local artisan farms with which we’ve developed longstanding relationships. The cuts are as fresh as can be and include a wide variety. Shop the weekly specials, and ask our butchers for their personal preparation tips, or place a special order.
