Celebrate Trail Day with Mequon-Thiensville Trails Foundation

The Mequon-Thiensville Trails Foundation invites the community to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Highland Road Bike Spur on Saturday, April 25, from 8:00 a.m. to noon at Foxyard at Foxtown Station (6209 W. Mequon Road, Mequon, WI).

This new 1.5-mile off-road paved trail will connect the Ozaukee Interurban Trail to Rotary Park, expanding safe and accessible walking and biking routes throughout Mequon-Thiensville.

The morning event features live music, local food and beverages, bike and dog-friendly vendors, e-bike demonstrations, K9 visits from the Mequon Police Department, and family-friendly activities.

Hosted in partnership with Foxtown Brewing and Fromm Foods, with support from Rails to Trails Conservancy, Scenic Shore Bike Tour/Blood Cancer United, Trailside Recreation, and Wisconsin Bike Fed.
