New executive chef, Brian Cripps, prepares for downtown Milwaukee’s Foxtown Landing. Cripps recently left his position at Tre Rivali to become the executive chef for Foxtown GBC, becoming the organization’s first culinary director, overseeing its various restaurant and food operations.
