All roads lead to Foxtown Crossing. Right in the center of Mequon, it’s a stop on the Ozaukee Interurban Trail as it travels to parts north—the historic towns of Thiensville, Cedarburg and Grafton on the way to the shores of Lake Michigan in Port Washington. 📷 by @craft_brewery_reviewer: 2️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ Finally made it to @foxtownbrewingwi on a weekday so I could take the lager cave tour. The location is huge and is part of an even bigger complex. Inside the main building they have a ton of seating with a large bar area and then a smaller party room with arcade games. They also have a patio area. The tour is amazing to see the caves that were built over 150 years ago and see the intricate brick work going 2 stories down. I`ve been to the Miller caves and these are way more impressive! As for the beer I started with the 2 half pours that come with the tour; Brick Oven Amber - Red Ale and the Fiesta Hora - Mexican Lager. They were both good. After the tour I had the Old Ozaukee - Czech Amber Ale which was excellent and the La Hora Loca - Mexican Dark Lager which was also good. Overall good beer, good location and a must take tour of the lager caves!

A hazy IPA built around the vibrant pairing of Citra and Nectaron hops, bursting with notes of juicy citrus, tropical fruit, and ripe stone fruit. This release features a unique mash bill that delivers a brighter golden hue and an exceptionally creamy mouthfeel, creating a hazy experience unlike our usual lineup.
What started as a test batch turned into something too good not to share. The catch? There`s only one keg.
Soft, lush, and dangerously drinkable! This is haze, elevated!
